With our low minimums of just eight identical trays, you can do a lot of different designs, experiment and avoid capital to sit in your inventory.
We've made it easy so you can design your ideal tray in minutes and download rendered product images for your marketing. Once you have your artwork digitized and have your logo available,
you can proceed and upload. For the design pros, we also offer Photoshop templates. There is always the option that you email us the artwork and we will work on the designs, and share the proofs for your approval. Naturally, we can only reprint artwork that you own the reproduction rights.. Here's the way it works in 3 simple steps
Upload your high-resolution digitized artwork as a PNG or JPG file. Once uploaded, the system will automatically ensure that the print resolution is optimal. We would recommend to upload 700 x500 px logo if you’d like, but that part is completely optional.
Once you upload your artwork, you’ll go to the preview page where you can see exactly how your design will look on the tray. This helps ensure it’s created just the way you imagined. At this step, can edit the design for each size of the tray separately.
You can zoom in or move the artwork. Once it is just perfect, just save the designs items on your account. Naturally, only you can see your exclusive custom items. Once the designs are saved your account, you can download the rendered product images to be used in your marketing efforts.
Once you have submitted the order, we will sent you the first invoice which is due to payment on receipt. Future orders will have NET 30 payment terms. You typically receive the items in 3-4 weeks after the order. The trays are shipped from New Hampshire and orders $500+ get domestic shipping free.
The birch wood trays are intended to carry items and not to be in direct contact with food. The trays are created from FSC-certified wood and coated by default with a matte melamine layer, and glossy option is recommended with photographs. Trays are tested to be compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.1460, California Prop 65, and the food contact material regulation in the European Union FDC 239 and FDC 98. Wooden trays are not recommended to be washed in the dishwasher and are not microwave safe.
